Free delivery to Hong Kong Island and Kowloon is offered for a minimum purchase of HK$1,500. A delivery charge of HK$150 will otherwise be charged. Please add the delivery fee to the cart if the purchase sum is less than HK$1,500.

1. All goods are checked before delivery and need to be checked by the customer upon receipt. 
2. Claims for breakages or missing bottles must be either noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery or by fax/email within 1 working day. A failure to comply will result in our being unable to provide the level of customer satisfaction that we would like.
3. Goods are offered on a first-come-first-served basis and on cash terms with credit accounts available at the sole discretion of VVA. 
4. Invoices and settlements will be in Hong Kong dollars.
5. Orders received Monday to Thursday (except public holidays) before 2 pm will be delivered on the next working day, whereas orders received Friday (except public holiday) before 4 pm will be delivered on the following Monday. For all Saturday (except public holidays) deliveries the order will need to be placed on Thursday before 2 pm. For urgent orders missing the deadline, we will try our best to arrange next day delivery but with no guarantees

6. Unless otherwise indicated wines are offered per 750ml bottle. Due to the finite nature of wine and the unpredictability of the currencies, both prices and vintages of goods listed are subject to change without prior notice. We will endeavour to inform you at the earliest possible opportunity to minimize disruption to the customer.
