Boutinot

Boutinot Ltd. was founded in 1980 by Paul Boutinot. During the 1970s, Paul was frustrated by the quality level of wines available in the UK to sell in his parents’ restaurant, so took matters into his own hands. Followed by a purchase of a winery and vineyards above the village of Cairanne in 2010, Domaine Boutinot’s seven vineyards are planted with classic Southern Rhône varieties: old vine Grenache Noir and Syrah, Mourvèdre and the more traditional Carignan Noir.

Tasting Note:

Bright, herbaceous and textural Sauvignon Blanc. On the nose are intense aromas of pink grapefruit, peach and classic herbaceous nettle like characters. The zesty palate is vibrant with notes of tropical passionfruit, citrus notes of lime zest, and grassy undertones, followed by a delightful mouth -watering finish.
