Colour is an elegant deep orange for a wine made only with a short maceration on the skins and like all Vesselle champagnes - no malolactic fermentation occurred. On the nose ripe red fruit, blood orange, apricot, pomegranate, cassis ad gingerbread. The palate is fresh with red citrus fruit and long persistence.

Deep golden colour with an amber hue. The nose opens up with a bouquet of red flowers and dried fruits (apricot and fig), and a touch of wooden forest. The palate is full and complex with confit mandarine and butter. The finish is long and full of minerals.
