Trentino-Alto Adige
Only annexed by Italy in 1919, this region has a rather not-so-Italian social and cultural background, and in fact, most towns and cities still keep their German names, and even German-speaking population is still a majority. As a result, wines in the region have been influenced by German wine culture, despite the region being Italy's smallest wine-producing region.

Cantina Kollerhof Mazon
The Kollerhof estate dates to the seventeenth century and it’s proved by the maps made in 1775. Later, in 1966 the estate was bought by the family Visintin, still the owner of the winery today. The vineyards holding went through a complete renovation about 20 years ago reducing the vines per hectare with the aim to increase the quality of their wines focusing on Pinot Noir which in Mazon expresses itself at the best.
