Stopham Vineyard

Located in South Downs National Park of West Sussex, from soil to water resource management, from the planting of vines to biodiversity, the Stopham vineyard has put in huge effort to create sustainable wines. With their passion and craftsmanship, an English sparkling wine and two still white wines are here to shine!

Stopham Estate Sparkling 2018

Tasting Note:

Spending 24 months on lees before disgorgement, this sparkling has a lovely taste of honeyed brioche, with delicate flavours of honey, almond, grapefruit and citrus fruits on the palate, accompanied by the full, creamy bubbles.

Type: Sparkling Wine

Grape Variety: Chardonnay 70%, Pinot Noir 30%

Alcohol Content: 12.5%

Stopham Estate Pinot Gris 2020

Tasting Note:

Off-dry white wine with aromatic peach and pear fruit alongside the tropical fruit character on the nose. On the palate, this has excellent balance with crisp acidity. It is fairly full in body, with plenty of juicy fruit intensity, but is refreshing and long, with a lively citrus and stone fruit finish.

Grape Variety: Pinot Gris 100%

Alcohol Content: 11.5%

Stopham Estate Bacchus 2018

Tasting Note:

Dry with elegant aromatics on the nose, elderflower and rose petal meet pink grapefruit and orange peel on the palate. It has moderate acidity balanced by a touch of sweetness which lasts well into the finish.

Grape Variety: Bacchus 100%

Alcohol Content: 11%
